Submitting a Claim for someone who has passed away?

A Claim can still be submitted for a Primary Class Member who passed away on or after January 25, 2016. Estate Representatives and Heirs follow the same Claims Process, with additional documents.

Claims Helpers are available to help at every step, for free.
