Claims Helpers will be available in person to provide free information and one-on-one support related to the Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement Claims Process.

Support is available at your own pace. You can ask questions, learn more about the Claims Process, and receive help understanding the Claim Form.

Registration Details

Registration is encouraged but not required. When you register, you are letting us know you are interested in attending the session. Closer to the session dates, you may receive information about booking a one-on-one appointment with a Claims Helper. Walk-ins are also welcome.

After you have registered to attend the session, you will receive an email closer to the session date with the option to book a one-on-one appointment with a Claims Helper. One-on-one services are optional and you do not need to book an appointment to attend the session.

Need additional support or can't attend this session?

Call the Info Line at 1-888-592-9101  and press 2 to speak with a Claims Helper for support.

If you need additional support such as translation for languages other than English or French, sign language interpretation, wheelchair or other accessibility needs. Be sure to share the details of the session you would like to attend and supports required, such as accessible parking or translation. We will try to accommodate requests.

Indigenous Services Canada provides dedicated cultural and emotional support services for those affected by the Settlement.
